SEASONS RESTAURANT Covid 19 Policy and guidelines for staff and customers


Further to the Government’s  we are closed until we are allowed to open again.   We will still be offering our At Home Menu with our Neighbourhood Shop.  Collection will be on Friday and Saturday between 3 -5. Please order by 7pm on Thursday evening. Subscrible to our newsletter for weekly updates.

Please be ensured that we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything is safe for our staff & customers so that when you come to eat with us everything will feel as normal as possible. All our staff have been thoroughly trained on our procedures. Staff will have their temperatures recorded daily and have been issued with and read and understood Seasons Covid 19 Staff Procedures. Social distancing will be maintained at 2m, or 1m plus with risk mitigation where 2m not possible. Enhanced operating procedures includes; Staff hand hygiene – staff will ensure their hands are cleaned after each customer interaction. Cleaning – toilets will be checked and cleaned regularly, customer tables and chairs will be sanitised before and after use, along with regular cleaning of busy areas, door handles etc. Menus – all menus will be printed daily and be for single use only: We will be keeping customers contact details on file for 21 days as per government guidelines.

When dining with us we request that customers do book ahead where possible via Opentable through our website (}  as we will have limited capacity & this will allow us to stagger bookings. Please also leave you e mail details when booking via Opentable.   We request that you use the hand sanitiser by the door on arrival & maintain social distancing 2m or 1m plus while on the premises. A member of staff will be on hand to meet & greet your party & take you to your table. Your table & area will be fully sanitised before your arrival.  Due to increased staff hand hygiene all our staff will wash their hands each time a table is served so please bear with us as this takes extra time.

Staff will place a tray with your drinks on the table and all cutlery & condiments will also be bought to your table. Our tables are 2m socially distanced from each other however we will not be able to provide social distancing between the guests on a specific table. Please bear in mind all government guidance in this respect before booking. When using the toilets we do ask that it is a one in one out policy allowing for social distancing. We would prefer card contactless payment where possible Please ensure that bookings do not exceed 6 people. Thank you for your help in keeping our team & customers safe.
